Before you come to Montana in 2001 to hunt, you might want to review
this document; deer have pulled in from a wide area to these ranch hay stacks
and every doe shot after November is equilivant to shooting (2) to (3) deer
since the bucks do a good job of breeding those does during the rut in November

This next article is interesting, since I've hunted the Powderville area
for the last (8) years, and I'd have to estimate that maybe (20) deer were taken
on the O'Conner & McDowell ranches, with about (200) Block Mgmt unit hunters looking during
the regular season...
